Christopher Meredith and Bob Richardson recently successfully defended a lawsuit seeking $50 million in damages for alleged wrongful termination of the plaintiff’s employment and denial of the plaintiff’s “due process rights.” After the Copeland Cook attorneys obtained a judgment of dismissal on all counts, the plaintiff then unsuccessfully appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
