Christopher Meredith recently obtained an Arbitration Award of more than $1.7 million for Hope Enterprise Corporation against a borrower and two guarantors who had defaulted on a commercial construction loan. In the arbitration proceeding that featured a week-long final hearing, the three-member panel of American Arbitration Association commercial arbitrators ruled in favor of Hope on every contested issue, denied the Respondents’ $1 million lender-liability counterclaims asserted against Hope, and awarded Hope virtually every form of relief requested.
