Sarah Beth Wilson Appointed to MBA Bank Attorneys Committee

Sarah Beth Wilson, a Shareholder in CCTB’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice group, has been appointed by Chairman Mary Childs of the Mississippi Bankers Association to serve as a member of the MBA’s Bank Attorneys Committee. The statewide Committee, comprised of lead in-house counsel representing banking institutions across Mississippi as well as select attorneys in private practice specializing in banking law and creditors’ rights, advises the MBA leadership and staff on key issues affecting banking institutions doing business in and around Mississippi, including with respect to legislative and judicial developments, interests, and concerns. Sarah Beth will serve on the Committee for the 2018–2019 term.
