Robert C. Richardson obtained a judgment in favor of Community Trust Bank against certain corporate borrowers of defaulted commercial loans and guarantors on those Ioans in a lawsuit filed in the Circuit Court of Madison County, Mississippi. The judgment rendered was for the full amount of CTB’s claims in the action, which included the full indebtedness outstanding under the loans in issue, in addition to attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses and post-judgment interest and fees.
